I got 2 problems :(

After putting the 2nd password thing I dced . I didn't freeze or somethin' , My character just keep walking like 4-5 seconds then I dced . I tried following the guides in forum but nth worked .Yeah , I tried other channels too I seriously want to play this game . Everything's fine now

The second problem is , I bought a transparent hat from cash shop , then , I came out of cs , I check my inventory , My transparent hat is not there . This is like the second time happend , first , transparent shield then transparent hat !?

for your second one, are you sure you checked your equip tab and not just the cash tab?
