Well you can try connecting again later, of course.
But press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and bring up task manager. Go to processes and try and find:
SoulMs.exe
Maplestory.exe
after you've deleted those processes, try connecting. If the problem happens again, do the above things again, but instead:
-put in your pic with no repeating numbers (12345 is good, but not 12333)
-before you press okay, Alt+Tab out of maple and go on soulms's homepage and press "Account unstuck"
-after receiving the "account unstuck!" message from the website, go back into maplestory, and press okay. you should be able to connect.
If none of this works, try re connecting your router/ restart it.
If the problem persists to happen. restart your computer.
Usually the most reliable solution is just to wait
Perhaps the server is going thru a reset or something like that.
