Buccaneers skill bugs

So yeah, just felt like reviving since it's still not fixed..

Now there is Transformation and Super Transformation. Both transformations are supposed to give you full haste which it doesn't in this server and it is supposed to give you a good 40 attack.

I think these skills are mandatory to be fixed, because they're like (with another few skills) the main skills of buccs.
