It seems Advanced Charge Blow bugs the actual skill that it's supposed to help: Charge Blow.
As you can see, my Advanced Charge Blow should only give me a 30% chance for my charge to remain intact.
Like I said earlier, I only have a 30% chance for my charge to remain intact but I'm able to use Charge Blow indefinitely until my charge(in this case, holy) runs out.
The screenshots are a little lacking but hopefully that's proof enough to show that advanced charge blow is bugged.
