How you'd handle a hacker:There are not many ways to handle a hacker but the usual way will be
i) Take a screenshot or video.
ii) It is the best to have at least an eyewitness.
iii) Ban( Note: Hacking is a serious matter and not to be make fun of. I handle them SERIOUSLY) If two people were fighting, what would you do:I've been through this a lot from my previous servers. There are a lot of ways to handling these kind of problems based on each the situations and the background of the players involved, but the first step is a MUST.
How to handle an Angry Mob/Players MUST
i) Listen to their problems.
ii) Considerations.
iii) Double-checking(eye witnesses or pictures)

GM/Moderator( Note: Contacts not available) There are a few more servers that I've been a GM but I can't recall all of them. Why should we choose you:I will not go through the things that people usually says such as making the server fun, ban hackers, and so on. To me those are the basic things that the GM have to provide to the server. There are a few advantages that I can provide though  Advantagesi) I can speak 4 different languages.
-Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
ii) I can look after the server at the entire night.
-Since my timezone is GMT +8.
iii) Others
-Such as help to the players and contribution to the servers but those are the basic requirement as I said earlier.Reason I applied:I've been on more that 30 servers (I lost count >.<) and only on some servers I find satisfied. SoulMs is one of them. This server is fun and most enjoyable. So one day I woke up and I decided to join the team. My aim will be to provide happiness, in-game-fairness and contribution to the server as much as I can, I know once again words won't convinced but actions will.

My name's Keifer, 16 this year. You can call me Dan though (I prefer that actually). I live in a small country that no one will realize that it even existed, Malaysia. If you look close enough, Singapore the world renowned country is actually just below of mine. In studies, I can't really say much but I always get the 2nd place in my class (always second huh  ) but it is good enough for me  . I usually stick onto my computer from morning till night whenever possible because other from my brother, the computer is one of my closest friend. Seeing that you are about to fall asleep, I shall end my summary here (even I myself find it hard to not fall asleep when I'm writing this). 3. Do you help players any chance you get: Of course.
4. Are you of the age that is required to apply: Yes Sir.
