Anyone help please, SoulMS doesn't start~

Well hello everyone, I got referred by a friend to play this server, but what happens is that I did everything the forum guide said each step and then this is what happens:

Did you replace your HSUpdate ? It is in the .rar file with SoulMS client.

Uhm yes that was the guide I followed before, and I did everything, but nothing...

are you sure you did it when the server was up cuz it was down today
