Can't start SoulMS.

So I downloaded everything.... again. And I still can't seem to start the game, I tried the HSdowngrader (it didn't help), and I continue to receive this error --->> [CLICK]

ummm i suggest re-installing the whole game and check if you did anything improperly, if it does not work then make a vid of you installing it and i will check if you did anything wrong

This is the third time i reinstalled it and such, and I still continue to get that error...

Yesyes i did.
And the launcher doesn't even come up, so before?

Have you been in-game before?
If so, try re-extracting the HSUpdate file.

If not, try installing the NET framework.
