How you'd handle a hacker :

Go up to the guy and say seriously? You have to hack in a 45x server? Just wow, then screen shot for proof, and IP ban.

If two people were fighting, what would you do? :

Ask what the problem is and then resolve said problem.

Why should we choose you:

You guys should choose me because I want to help out the server, keep it clean of hackers and anyone who wants to disrupt the game play. Also I would make a great GM and I love this server.

To help the server, the community and of course the stature of being a GM

Now maybe I missed something here... but I am pretty sure I didn't make a mistake you how ever spelling disappointed wrong is however very funny but if you care to specify what grammar mistake I made that would be great.

But if you really want me to correct some grammar issues, then only one question mark should be used, capitalize the words after the question marks, you capitalized "then" when it was after a comma, you capitalized "screen" for no reason. ./critic

Well thank you I didn't even notice I had those in caps, my shift key doesn't like me and tends to get stuck.
