From what iv'e read but not too sure, he did stop but was forced to cc and he didn't cc which resulted in a ban isn't reason for a ban if he did indeed stop attacking. But im not shure if he stoped or not, and anyway im just a nobody so yea...

He/she w.e did NOT stop attacking.
Thus the ban.
Also, if I'm telling someone that I AM GOING TO BAN THEM that means that I, ME, have the power to ban said person. Meaning they should listen and gtfo. I had jailed her once, and she came back for some moronic reason, so I banned her. Simple as that.

She's unbanned now so y'all can stop the arguments and opinion posting and so on.
