so, i got banned for the first time for disputing a charge.
i sent it again, few hours later Anna bans me for talking shit.
Anna, i'm sorry for insulting you but you needa know if your gonna be a bitch then your gonna get it in return, and when we do we get banned. i don't know if soul knows this but Anna is extremely rude to people expecially donators. she states "she dosen't give a fuck because none of the money goes to her". really anna? who cares. some of us like me spend a shit load of money to donate to this server and all i get in return is a ban. i'd also like to apologize to Narb, for harrassing him. but same thing, if your gonna be a bitch then expect it back from me 10x worse.

So the way I see it is, you apologize then immediately find a way to make it seem like everyone besides you is wrong.

As for the reason they should unban you is you donated a lot of money, there is many private servers where its non refundable, so yeah.
