This is only a possible solution for the problem with people disconnecting after PIC...
First, try to log into channel 3 and see if you can get in...
If not, try this...
For Windows XP,
Press 'Start' and go to 'Control Panel' then go to 'Network And Sharing Center' and click on whatever shows your internet connections.
On the sidebar, find 'Change Adapter Settings' and open it.
Inside, there should be 2-3 connections. Go into 'Local Area Connection 2', right click then 'Disable' (THIS SHOULD NOT DISABLE YOUR INTERNET)
Also, scan your internect connections and if you see 'Microsoft Loopback Adapter', 'Disable' them.

For Vista and Windows 7,
Press 'Start' and go to 'Control Panel' then go to 'Network And Sharing center' and view network status and tasks.
Look for a connection listed as 'Local Area Connection 2', then press 'View Status' and 'Disable' it. (THIS SHOULD NOT DISABLE YOUR INTERNET).
Well, thats all i have for now...
