.Net Framework and Loopback
Since the game launcher needs .Net Framework to work you have to install it. Download it here here. Also you need to install the Microsoft Loopback Adapter to be able to connect to MoongraMS. Use thisguide which explains how to install it on various Windows versions.

IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL MICROSOFT LOOPBACK ADAPTER YOU CANNOT CONNECT TO SOULMS
