[Help] Issit Possible To Use NET Framework 4 For Window 7?

Well , im currently using Window 7 now . So , I just wanna ask that Can i play SoulMS v88 using NET Framework 4 ? Just Confused. And For sure i had NET Framework 4 now. So , just asking .

I am pretty sure you can play with the 4.0 version.
