Log into a black screen...then computer freezes

and i just got this problem where if i try to logg into my
account i type in my pic then the screen turns black and my computer
freezes ive been playing fine for like 2 weeks ):

I get this glitch too, just be patient, close SoulMS.exe from task manager, try again.

i guess i'll wait because i have restarted my comp
numerous times so... here comes the waiting

It can take a little while sometimes, just be patient. It'll be really slow if your computer is slow to start with.
