Please help me with my char

Hey i think there's a problem in my char because whenever i level up and i wanted to max Mirror Image and Flying assaulter And This is what it comes up :

Yes i did relog alot of times and it is still like that.

Normally when you job advance its supposed to max all those skills for you. I know if you do @spinel or @fmnpc there should a 'Skill Maxer' option. Try that and report back?

He means mastery maxed, not the skill level.

Uhm i last time did @spinel and did the max masteries all it said was :
Masteries are being maxed while you job advanced and it did nothing.
In @fmnpc there is no Max masteries option.

I'm curious if any other DB's have had this problem.
Another thing I'm curious about is maybe if you were given the mastery books that grant those skills or the Cash Shop items that give you those skills maybe they would pass/fail and add those skills?
