Waiting to vote..

Do you ever have it when your about to log on and it says
'30 minutes until you can vote'
and your like, damn, should i wait to log on, or should i just go on and come offline later?
This always happens to me.
I'll disconnect, find i have like 40 minutes left to vote, and me being a weirdo, i just creep around the forum.. until i can vote :3

Am I the only one this happens to all the time O_O?
