How you'd handle a hacker : Get a screenshot that proves without doubt that the person was has hacking for a higher ranked GM as proof and ban him/her.
If two people were fighting, what would you do? : I don't think a GM telling two people to stop fighting does anything really. What I would probably do is tell them to keep the server out of it and work it out through whispers. If they continue this fight in public it would result in jail time.

I can handle any drama that pops up. -In my last year of highschool- I don't really take favorites I give everyone a fair opportunity to get on my good side.

I think the current GMs are great, I don't really have an explanation other than I want to contribute to this server in anyway that I can.
