Always start with observing the situation and deduce if it's a private problem.
<Never invade into people private matters unless request>
Since it's a player to player argument, fight or whatever the matter listen and get a rough picture.
Unhide and ask what’s going on to get a clearer picture of the problem.
Attempt to try help resolve the problem unless request to keep out.
(Unless their problem is wreaking havoc in game, then it's NOT an option to leave them alone mad)

The only reason you should choose someone is because you think the person is up for the job.
