Here is where it should of have stopped. You can totally zak later, it's 15m split between 3 people. You have no idea what the threats are with the suspicious players around now.. |x and the problems they have been causing for the server. You shouldn't talk back to a GM or try to get between what they're trying to do. Just let them check and don't whine about it.

I DO think it got out of hand when he jailed you.. for that long. However I guess me saying he should of have ignored you would be a bit dumb, since he can't. Unfortunately, a GM is allowed to be annoyed to death by QQers like you. The bad thing for you though is that you have to pay the consequences. I don't think Bryan handled this very well. In my point a view, this doesn't really seem like the Bryan I know, but I can't say he was having a bad day, taking stuff like that out on others is never an excuse.

Sigh.. I don't really know what to say. I don't think either of you handled this very well.

You may be thinking yeah Bryan's doing his job? That's exactly what I was doing. Before you three entered the Zakum altar I attempted talking to what I didn't know was xTayun (SHINee) and tried asking him about his cape, since I know there are only two normal player blackfist cloaks belonging to Emily and Tayun. Like I said, before you entered I tried talking to him, and I wasn't going to wait for you three not to listen when I said I needed to talk to him just for you to Zakum. So I warped him out, Tayun (also known as Bryan) showed me the cape, and also confirmed it was him from showing me Scary's melon in which I witnessed him purchasing. I apologized for my actions and having to warp him out, and attempted to warp him back. He was unable to join, in which before I even entered the map Doughboy gave a good example of his arrogance. After solving the whole thing with Tayun, I told him I was sorry and he accepted my apology and then continued to be sarcastic with Doughboy for a second, strip search you get it? I made Tayun take off his clothes, man that's funny. Also half ass attempt, hmm well saying I attempted all commands to warp him back, and he was fine with not being warped back, I don't think that's neither here nor there.

Upon me finishing my statement, he tells me that I am being a prick and that next time I shouldn't be. How does a GM come off calling players of a server pricks? That doesn't make ANY sense to me.

To start things off, you continued the whole situation after I left. Does that make any sense? Because I think tayun can vouch for me the multiple times, also Sakrifyce on me telling you that you need to stop.

Spamming was never mentioned, you were jailed for a grand total of 20 minutes (total qq worthy) for not listening to simple instructions given by your superior. Both of your guildmates forewarned you and you didn't listen, so 20 minutes in jail was pretty nice on my part.

Due to the fact that he muted me from in-game chat, I whisper him and ask him what it is I possibly could have done to receive such treatment, and tell him that he is abusing his powers, which I honestly feel that he was.

He then asserts himself (for I've lost count how many times) towards me and says that things are going to escalate to the next step if I don't shut up. He explains his actions, which to a biased observer, they might agree with what it is he says, but before the fact in the Free market, as I said before, myself and another guild member stated as such that he is not a suspicious player & that he is simply DooDoo/xTayun, which Bryan knew well did indeed have one from the lvl 200 event.

Well your word means nothing to me, not only do I not know you, but I cannot trust anything you say. So when you tell me that's Tayun, it is in my best interest to look into it and get to the bottom of things. Like I said in game, it had nothing to do with you and you shouldn't have never been involved. And as a GM, when you don't listen to me things can escalate into a darker future for yourself, because when I ask you to listen to me and not talk, or listen and not inquire/argue, I expect you to listen.

All I know is that at the very least, Bryan needs to be talked to because he shouldn't be treating the community like this. There is more to being a GM than just asserting yourself and playing police and hosting events.

Actually that sounds sorta like what I do, I must assert myself for people to listen. While being an officer of the SoulMS law in getting rid of all the bad fellows that infect our server, then on my other hand hosting events to make the player basis happy. And to top it off, a general consensus of players would say that i'm very capable of the position that was granted to me, and I feel as if i've proved that as well.

So honestly what does your one opinion mean?

Too much work to go through the statements made by both parties but in short:

GMs are in no way obligated or ALLOWED to compensate players for anything without permission from either Soul or Crook, and the only situations in which they ARE allowed to deal with scamming, or glitches with the server.

You're in no position to make demands, simply put. Bryan has authority over you and he was simply doing his job. Any other GM would've done the same thing. Waiting for you to finish a boss run? No, we're often busy dealing with other issues, and with a pressing concern such as this one, a POSSIBLY duped Blackfist cloak, and the problems that have faced the server recently, this confrontation would've been at the top of ANY GM's list to deal with.

I'm sorry, were you ever a GM in this server? No? Then you're in no position to state what BEING a GM is about. The idea that being a GM "isn't all about being active and hosting events" is absurd, because that's 99% of what we do. Bryan hosts events, deals with hackers, answers every @gm he gets. The stray "situation" pops up sometimes and he deals with it in a manner that's fitting. In this case, he apologized and moved on while you complained incessantly.
