Hey! Rescue me here!

Hey guys! I'm new to this server, and frankly I'm having trouble running it!

So I got my loopback adapter running, I got my firewall to make an exception to SoulMS, switched the HS file every time.
I can get it to the screen where you select one of your few characters, but then when I enter my PIN, I disconnect after a minute or so.

What do you think the problem is? I tried most of the channel and none of them seemed to work... Thanks for the help!
And I hope there is an active chatroom somewhere... Nobody was on the one on the website..
