Issue with hackshield updating the modified HSupdate file

As title suggests when i try to start SoulMS with the modified HSupdate files in both the HShield folder and the maplestory folder.
it updates the HSupdate file after i click start.

after clicking the login button on the SoulMS launcher the regular MSlauncher pops up, is this normal?

Tried reinstallling with a clean v88, seems like hackshield likes to update everything regardless of what file is put in the folder.

You should make it update, and it should start..
I just got problems after restarting my pc (or shutting down..)

hmm.. so it's normal that Ms patches the File on every launch? making the 144kb a 154kb file every time it boots.

If so the problem may be due to the nature of my net(it prevents torrents).

Its normal that HSshield patches HSupdate.exe from 144kb to 154kb every time, replace if when you want to re-launch.

I've done so every time++.
this likely means that the issue is related to the blocks on the internet here, which is rigged to prevent torrents.
seems like it blocks what's vital for Maplestory connection as well.
