I think I understood though, you bought it in Agent(I guess this is the Donation point item thing seller) and it has those stats and everyone else has this problem)

If it was just you, sorry but I wouldn't refund UNLESS there was a way to know if you bought it in the All-in-one or the Agent NPC.
