She will not. It is not her role to tell/ask GMs to host events. GMs will host events when and how often they please. As to restrictions and guidelines that they must follow, yes that's where Anna would partake in monitoring their decisions, however that's beyond you and off topic.
Also, I am sure the GMs we currently have throw enough events daily to please the community.
