Account database not found , as well as other errors.

Allright so I see i'm not the only person with this error , What happens in quick detail.
*Note I was in game last night and left my self afk so it was working*
I start the game, enter my login and pass, says account database not found , as well as a missing file,
"nmcogame.dll".
If theres no solutions , I'll try going to dll.com and finding it and replace it , but wondering if it was me or a server based issue.
