| I open it, click start game, and the hs update thingy takes liek 5minutes to load, then the game starts and everything is fine
Before sunday, is would load pretty fast (liek 5seconds)
What is causing this slowness?

| The slowness is probably being caused because of the CPU useage.
Also, another possibility i have noticed is that when you have alot of things out on your desktop, your computer speed does get slower. You might want to make folders and organize a bit (That is, if your desktop is actually messy).
Ctrl Alt Del -> Processes -> Look at CPU see what has the highest number.
Most inactive processes should have 00 - 10. If it's spiking at a very high number, then theres something wrong. | |

| i check my CPU like everytime i run anything, i don't see anything out of the normal when i open soulms!! HELP PLEASE!! | |

it was fine liek 1 day ago :O
edit: do i have to have hshield in the HSSHIELD folder, or just the maplestory folder (with soulms.exe) | |

| you mean the HSUpdate?
That has to be in that HShield folder.
It should also be replaced every time SoulMS closes. | |

| how do i replace it? shud i make liek 100x copies in a new folder?
cuz my hsupdate i dl from soulms.net is in same folder as soulms.exe, which is also in same folder as maplestory.exe | |
