I honestly don't like this idea. I see the low rate as a maturity barrier. With the server in such low rates, those little children who want everything to just be handed to them will most likely either not join or join and then leave when they see that they wont be spoon fed here. Now I know you are saying just a little but still I think the rate is just fine how it is right now.
