Cant get into game Empty

Hi, im Jay, and im also having problems with SoulMS. each time i try to start, it just says in a little popup window, something about extracting to the GMSv.88 folder which, trust me, i have already done like 20 times. and then on my Google Chrome, some window pops up,

soulms.net/fixhs

and the website isnt even displayed. so i close it and i close the little popup. then the maplestory launcher pops up. i click game start. and nothing happens. after about 10 mins of waiting, some random window about some error report comes up. can anyone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me how to get rid of this?
