| i cant play SoulMs  I log in as usual , i choose channel . i click my character , suddenly my maplestory close then it said that Help ?

| If the problem keeps persisting after five more minutes, try uninstalling your Microsoft Loopback Adapter and running the SoulMS client again.
This'll install the Loopback Adapter once more and possibly get rid of any connectivity error. | |

| You can uninstall your Loopback Adapter through your computer's Device Manager.
If you're on Windows 7, go to:
Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager (near the top).
From there, go to your Network Adapters, look for your Microsoft Loopback Adapter, right-click, and uninstall.
Then simply re-run the SoulMS Client and it'll start reinstalling the adapter for you.
If you have a different OS, just post back. | |

| I see, you're on Windows XP.
From there, click on:
Printers and Other Hardware > Look to your Left > Click on System > Find and Click the tab 'Hardware' > then click on Device Manager.
From there, find Network Adapters, and remove your Microsoft Loopback Adapter(s). | |

| After you uninstall both, simply run SoulMS's client and it'll install another Microsoft Loopback Adapter (hopefully without error) and you should be able to log on. | |

| Try replacing the SoulMS application might of been corrupt~
Make sure SoulFix.bat and HSUpdate Application are added to the HShield Folder
under the Maplestory folder. | |
