How you'd handle a hacker:
If i know i talk to a hacker and its 100% sure i make SS of it to show the team that its a real hacker and then i ban/jail

If two people were fighting, what would you do? :
if i see or hear that 2 guys/girls anyway are fighting i would take them to a place where we can talk i go try to help them and give them opportunity to try fix it by them self if they cant i gonna find a solution for them

How many servers have you been a GM/Admin in?(list them):
Sorry guys im only a GMH by a great game called Martial heroes but its colsed now (GMH means Game master helper)

I think he would be a good GM.
I have read his cv and I think he would do it pretty good.
I know his English is not good, and he is sometimes talking 'crap' in his cv, but, give him a chance, and don't disenchant him on his CV.

His English is the main area of concern. Besides his fail at English, I'd like to include that he didn't use colors, (don't have me going in the discussion as to why colors are necessary) he didn't provide nearly as much information as needed when talking about some guy nobody really knows and lastly, his English is extremely horrid. I just wanted to put a lot of emphasis on that last point.

I dont write in different colours. Because I think that it's better readable. (Because my English is horrible, I have let a friend of me write this message(I told him what I wanted to write)

WOW. You my friend, are an idiot. How do you expect to be able to handle a job as a GM when you need to have friends writing for you because you don't know how to? You just gave us the proof as to why you would make a horrible GM.
