Okay so this is my application, hope you like it.

In nutshell my hobbies are Airsofting, Tennis and dog training, i own two Dogs and before you even ask their bullmastiffs

How you'd handle a hacker :
I've been as gm in two servers and i have seen what hackers can do. So lets pretend that the hacker is damage hacker, i would take an screenshot of the hacker with clear name of him/her. After that i shall ban the hacker for hacking reasons and post the picture in forums. If we're talking about Wz editor i would give him/her an warning and give advice to download clean WZ files. PacketSenders.. I dont like those guys, they are obvious threat to server stability and can crash it, so i would ban em straight away at sight.

If two people were fighting, what would you do? :
First i would try to findout whats the wuss about and not rush head straight to cut it. If these two arent quitting the fight i would take em to jail and let them talk their mouth clear with me and try to find solution for ending the fight.

How many servers have you been a GM/Admin in?(list them):
I've been gm in MaplePimp and in DJms. I tried to make own server but it never got online. i was an Assistant in Megastory

Why should we choose you:
I should be choosen cause of my experience as gm and assist of the gm, im very social person and get along with everyone expect hackers.

Reason i applied:
Reason of my appliance was very simple. We GMT+2 people are kind of rare in private servers, and i bet you need one that has this time zone and experience. I dont want to sound selfish or anything. But yeah i hope i'll be chosen.

Summary of yourself :
As i already said im very social person, I get along with everyone, im online much, im happy person, I might not play at weekends as much as in week cause i go to cottage every weekends.

and sorry for not answering so short, it doesnt feel normal for me

You should definitely edit the simple questions. Also, do a grammar check because the only time you should use 'an' is when it comes before a word that starts with a vowel. Overall, the application meh.
